Refund Policy

Kleernest Solutions charges for time, expertise, document preparation, and case management services.

Because services begin shortly after enrollment:

  • Fees for completed work are non-refundable

  • Partial refunds may be considered if services have not yet started

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing

  • Third-party fees (monitoring services, attorney fees, filing fees) are not refundable
